    MS Forum 140122 Office 2010 uninstalled error I purchased a computer 15 years ago that had Office 10 installed. A few days ago I unintentionally uninstalled it. But it is still on my computer, and I want to reactivate it. When I went to reinstall, I received a message asking for the product key, which I don't have anymore. Office 10 is very old, but it will suffice for my needs. Who do I contact at Microsoft to get a product key so I can reinstall Office 10 on my old computer? JC

    • Did you have Microsoft Office 2010 starter installed on your computer in the past?

    Mostly OEM computers come with MS office starter pack preinstalled, if you had MS office installed on the computer in the past I would suggest you to follow the steps under the section

    Office 2010 installation error 1935.


    I surrender.

    Updated to Win 10- received 2010 single image error- uninstalled Office 2010 with Fixit utility off of MS website,
    Single Image error code- no longer a problem.
    Tried to reinstall Office 2010 from CD- error code 1935.
    - uninstalled / reinstalled framework.net- nope.
    - renamed Microsoft Help Folder- nope.
    - re-installed Win 10 off of USB- nope.
    - tried to install in compatibility mode for 8.1- nope.

    I've ran CCleaner and Norton Utilities hoping they would clean out some left over garbage but that wasn't it.
    What I've found online to address this issue either isn't for Win 10 or it's a fix some 3rd Party software.

    Any suggestions?

    Office 2010 uninstalled error

    Error uninstalling Office Mobile 2010 Beta

    I've been trying to uninstall the expired Office Mobile 2010 Beta so I can use my older version of Office Mobile. When I click on the app under the Remove An App menu, I get the "spinning orbs" briefly, then an error message at the bottom of the screen saying
    "No results were found." I've tried a soft reset, and the problem persists.

    I haven't been able to find anyone else describing this problem. Any suggestions?
