Windows 10: Office 2019 Preview is ready for Commercial customers

Today, we're pleased to announce the Office 2019 Commercial Preview of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, Project, Visio and OneNote for Windows 10. This milestone is the first in a series of preview announcements for the Office 2019 wave, and in the coming months we’ll release previews of Office 2019 for Mac, Exchange 2019, SharePoint 2019, Project Server 2019, and Skype for Business 2019. Office 365 ProPlus delivers the most productive and most secure Office experience – with the lowest TCO for deployment and management. But for customers who aren’t yet ready to move to the cloud, Office 2019 provides an update to the perpetual apps with new features for both end users and IT.

Office 2019 delivers new features to help end users create amazing content in less time. Updates include new and improved inking features across the apps, like the roaming pencil case, pressure sensitivity, tilt effects, and ink replay; more powerful data analysis in Excel, like new formulas, new charts, and Power BI integration; and sophisticated presentation features in PowerPoint, like Morph and Zoom. These features are already included in Office 365 ProPlus but are not available in Office 2016. For a longer list of the new end-user features, see the FAQs.

Make more dynamic and exciting presentations with PowerPoint Zoom

Office 2019 also includes new IT value. We introduced Click-to-Run (C2R), a modern deployment technology, in Office 2013, and it's now used to deploy and update Office across hundreds of millions of devices worldwide. With Office 2019, we're moving the perpetual versions of Office to C2R exclusively so IT can take advantage of modern deployment technology to reduce costs and improve security. The advantages of C2R include predictable monthly security updates, up-to-date apps on installation, reduced network consumption through Windows 10 download optimization technology, and an easy upgrade path to Office 365 ProPlus. C2R offers the same enterprise-focused management capabilities as MSI-based products and will also support an in-place upgrade when you move to Microsoft Office 2019 from older MSI-based products. your pc/device needs to be repaired on lumia 520

Windows 10 on phones is not an upgrade or an update. It is prerelease software, You signed up for it.

Windows 10 Insider Preview may be substantially modified before it’s commercially released. It is not ready for prime time.

This was in the warning given: Insider Preview is for serious Windows Phone aficionados and tech experts, not for your daily phone.

It also says to use the Windows Software recovery tool to back out

No proplems mate, here to help.

Windows does sell office seperatelly. They don't have commercial to have office, if there is no office? There is a small difference.

I don't expect everything to be free. If office will pay, that should be clearly noticed and clear when you buy the product. That's that, no complains.

If windows would sell total solution (does not, hw manufacturers do), there i would expect all needed ready and working. Windows sells operating system + office packet etc.
