By default, retention policy labels display the retention time period in parenthesis. This provides a registry key to allow administrators to specify that only the policy name should be displayed. HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences\HideRetentionPolicyDuration. 0 = Default. 1 = we will only show the PolicyName for Retention policy text.
