Discus and support Office 365 in Microsoft Office and 365 to solve the problem; Annoying or what.... I have found if you click on it it changes to auto renewal .... two words and opens your account... If you then click on it again...     Annoying or what.... I have found if you click on it it changes to auto renewal .... two words and opens your account... If you then click on it again and open your account for a 2nd time it goes away... but still comes back at some stage.. lol..

    Will see what happens on Friday which is my renewal date..

    Office 365

    Is there any difference between Windows 10 and Windows 10 S in this question? I've come across some articles about them but the information is not complete. Office 365 works on both OS?

    Well my renewal date is today (16th), just turned the offending notebook on for the first time today, went straight to the Office account tab... message gone!

    So we will see if it reappears soon or when close to next months... unless Microsoft have now set it to display until the next payment verifies the status? Will see what happens... lol

    Office 365

    I have powered down and back on 3-4 times today as I have been in and out and so far not reappeared... so it must be subscription related as my payment day is today and it has gone today... well for now anyway...

    I can't understand how this happens, no update was done to Office or Windows on or around that time, and it appeared at around 10am on the Sunday (2 weeks ago) so Office must connect each time you use it to check you subscription...

    Bit annoying if that is supposed to be a change for the better *Sad

    Just powered up again for the first time today and the message is still missing... so it must be subscription related... Will see if it appears later in the month again...

    Yeah that annoying misleading message is gone from mine too. It dissappeared several days ago and hasn't reared it's head since. I don't think it was subscription related because mine is due in December. Bit of a farcical show by MS!
