    Sorry to have to post this again, I had only one reply and it disappeared.Products never installed As some of you know I have never been able to install Microsoft products. The only product I have in my computer is Windows 10 and nothing else.I guess the best would be to get a phone number where I can contact them. If Someone has the number could you send it to me?Many of the vets I try to help take care of are in their early seventies and have never had a computer before. This issue is not their issue, but I get a lot of questions about what people are asking them.I p

    Hello Jimmy, my name is Irisdiel and I am an independent advisor.

    I suggest the following steps which were provided by Microsoft Support:

    Go to the Control Panel, Programs and Features (or Add/Remove Programs) and find the Microsoft Office installation. Click Change (or Repair) and run the repair on the software. If there is no Microsoft Office program listed there then you should reinstall the
    Office product from the original install media
