Windows 10: Office programs won't start (0xc0000142) followed by BSOD REFERENCE_BY_POINTER cused by...

Hello,


I have a three Surface Pro's which occasionally, appr. twice each month, have this problem:

At the start of the computer we get error messages that Skype for Business and OneDrive can't be started with error code 0xc0000142.

The same error appears while opening other Office programs. All other programs are functioning correctly.

At restarting the computer we get a BSOD REFERENCE_BY_POINTER mentioning no file.

After the restart everything is functioning normal.

REFERENCE_BY_POINTER BSOD

Hello,

I recently started encountering a "REFERENCE_BY_POINTER" BSOD after the last Windows 10 update. It happens randomly and I haven't changed any programs on my system so I do not know what the cause would be.
