Windows 10: OFFICE WORD 2016: un consiglio su setup

Ciao, ho installato tempo fa Office 2016 su un portatile e su un PC. Fino a qualche giorno fa eranoro configurati uguali ed erano perfetti.
Da poco tempo ho notato che sulla Toolbar in alto a destra di Word del portatile mancano i comandi/Icona di collegamento "Trova, Sostituisci, Seleziona". Quando clicco su "Trova", si abilita e compare istantaneamente a sinistra la tabella "Spostamento", molto utile per cercare parole nel documento.
Invece su Word del PC ho tutto in evidenza.

Office 2016

I have Office 2016 and want to dictate to text in word, But am unable to turn it on through the File/options/general pathway, however there is no Office intelligent services listed under General for me to turn it on. So does my Office 2016 bundle include the necessary word 365 program. Please clarify?

 

Office 2016 programs are not grouped under Microsoft Office 2016

When I click Start to show everything program on my computer the office individual products are not listed all under

Microsoft Office 2016 but they are all listed as individual start programs. Is this how 2016 does it because 2013 just showed Microsoft Office 2013 and you click on it and drop down menu shows all the programs such as Word, Access. etc.

Have I done something wrong when installing or can it be changed to all go under Microsoft Office 2016

Not quite sure what you want to do -- drop downs etc in EXCEL seem OK and the "Recent documents" in EXCEL gives you a decent number of your recently accessed files.
