Windows 10: Offline application to view & organize pictures by geolocation on map

Hi, I'm looking for an offline application that allows viewing on a map the pictures selected from a folder. Not looking for sharing or online app, just a simple way to navigate, view, select and organize my pictures by geolocation / geotag on a map.
Thanks for your recommendations!

Ps: I did try "GeoPhoto" from the Microsoft Store, but that didn't work for me. Not useful for selecting pictures and organising them. Looking for something else.

Offline Maps for Pakistan

If you wish to download the offline map for Pakistan, then it is currently unavailable on the Windows phone. We suggest that you send a suggestion on the Feedback Hub so we can add it on the next update. To send a feedback on your phone, you can follow the
steps below:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
  add button (+).
• Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category, and then submit.

You can also download any alternative applications from the Store that support offline maps.

Do offline maps contain satellite view?

• Which offline map you are downloading?

Please be informed that as there are plenty of options available in the store you may have to look for specific features in the list of offline maps available in the store and then download the required map.
I suggest you that you need to use the map app on surface to use the offline map and some more options will not be available unless you connect it online.

NO Maps Offline

Follow these steps on how to use Offline Maps:

1. Download maps before you go offline. Then later, search for places and get directions in the Maps app, even without Internet access.
   
2. On your Windows 10 PC or phone, select Settings
   > Apps, and then choose
   Offline maps.
3. Select Download maps and follow the instructions.
4. On Start
   , select Maps to search for places and get directions on the downloaded maps.
