Windows 10: Offline Joining laptop to AD domain, Users who was logon to Microsoft Account facing error...

In my organization, I have taken one laptop to AD domain using offline domain joining utility djoin, But after taking laptop domain the user unable to log in to system. User is getting error "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available code: 0x80070006"User currently doing work from home, So I cant get the laptop to office network And Unfortunately After setting the Local Administrator password and enabling the Administrator Account. It is still showing the error User Account is disabled. Now I need to at least login to laptop in order to get that laptop to office network using VPN. B

UnattendedJoin error: failed to find the domain data (0x6e)

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't want to add a domain account, as this is a generic unattended install that will be used for all company machines. Do you think it's possible that the computer would join the domain if, instead of using UnattendedJoin in specialize, I used your steps but left out the specific account?

The other thing I was thinking was to use a generic account to allow the domain join during the specialize step. I added a machine password in the UnattendedJoin component, and instead of getting the error listed above, I got an authentication error, which makes me think I could probably do a secure join instead of the unsecure join.

Thoughts?

 

Windows 10 after joining 2012 domain will not allow logon of domain users

So I have a new computer, recently upgraded from 10 home to 10 pro.

I join the computer to the 2012 r2 domain. it seems to join fine, I see that it is listed in the domain directory. however, no domain user is able to desktop logon on, it gives out a username or password incorrect message, even using the original joining
user account. it is happy to unjoin, even with administrative accounts that will not allow desktop logon.

I tried domain\user user@domain even domain.local versions of same and double checked caps lock to no avail.

noted a curious thing. when I look at the Settings>System>about instead of the normal three gray boxes one of which should say join a domain, I get this:

 

Join Azure Ad or Local domain

We have recently migrated to Office 365 with a hybrid AD setup. I am setting up a new laptop for a user, first one since the migration, and in the original setup it had me join the Azure AD. However, I usually set these laptops up to join the local domain so the users can access the file shares. The shares are accessed via Mapped Drives from Group Policy, and being joined to the Azure AD did not map these drives. When I go to join the laptop to the local domain, I get an error saying "The device is joined to an Azure AD. To join an Active Directory domain, you must .... disconnect your device from your work or school."
So there's no way to be joined to the Azure, even though its syncing with my local AD? I want the best of both worlds. What's the best way of doing that? I feel if I unjoin from the Azure AD I'm kind of going backwards, but they need access to those local file stores. Any brilliant workarounds out there?
