Windows 10: Old programs problem with windows 10 1809 and 1903 version.

In my company we use an old terminal client program GTW-420 for accessing ERP system.
After update to version 1809 or 1903 we can launch the program only while 15-20 first minutes after windows start up or login (on all computers)

All the updates have been installed.


If we try to launch the program after specified time we get a common error in event viewer:

How to get Windows 10 version 1903 (have version 1809)

I have Windows 10 version 1809 (build 17763.475). Is it possible for me to get version 1903 from Windows Update? I keep getting just 1809 updates. Right now it's trying to install the cumulative update for version 1809.

I am having a problem with the Windows 10, version 1903 update. I don't know if it is because I am running Windows 10 Pro version 1809 or what, but every time I try to complete the update, my computer crashes and reverts back to my 1809 version Windows
10 Pro. Can someone please point me in the right direction to finding a solution to this problem???
