    Old Wireless Adapter

I use ethernet cord but i realized that there is no wifi option and in device manager my Intel Centrino-n 1000 says This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

    The request is not supported.
and when i click update drivers t says the best driver software is already installed and i also look on your website to see if there were more driver updats but windows 10 doesnt support it anymore and idk what to do now because im sick of sitting enxt to my wifi box while connected to the ethernet instead of sitting down in my bed using the wifi normally without ethernet cord. Windows Wireless Display Adapter-not connecting anymore

    Hello Phillip,

Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue? I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this support article:

Since updating drivers did not work, in addition, you can try to reset the Wireless Adapter.

    1. On the adapter, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
    2. When the message " Ready to connect "shows, open the
      Action Center.
    3. Select Connect, and in the list of displays, select
      Microsoft
      Wireless Display Adapter.

Please respond to this thread to let me know how the issue progresses. Similarly, if you have more questions, please inform me by replying to this post.
