  1. On boot forced in to autorepair and is stuck on keyboard layout.

When i boot my computer I am forced in to autorepair, on which it sends me to select a keyboard where my laptop keyboard and mouse don't work and nor does the USB ports. I have created a boot disk but I don't understand how to fix it or to get in to safe mode. I have done a search and apparently there is an update that Fixes it but I can't find away to force install from where I'm at. Can you help me?

    :)

Choose your keyboard layout is stuck

    Hi,

My PC is stuck on the "choose your keyboard layout" screen and I can't get it to do anything.

I downloaded the media creation tool and burned it to DVD, but the PC will not boot from the DVD. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.
