Windows 10: on download zip file some files deleted

I wanted to package my OS this evening, Then I saw weird behaviour. Whenever I download a zip file, Some files get deleted, Is there a way to fix this? Yes storage sense is on, But it runs at low disk space while my free disk space is 108 GB.

I have like 30 or more folders and everyone of them has only one single zip file.
How can I extract all zip files inside of all folders?

I have lumia 720 and yesterday I have downloaded zip file but I am not able to see my files anywhere in the phone and due to this zip file my phone storage has been increased. I want to delete my zip file which is hidden. how to delete the zip file??

 

.zip can't be set to File Explorer

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Type Default programs
  in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on choose default programs by file type
  
• 
  Select .zip
  and select File Explorer
