    Printer color

    printer Brother MFC-295CN not printing

    I purchased new color cartridges from the company so they are genuine Brother ink cartridges. But I keep getting a message not able to print due to message stating cannnot detect magenta ink. I have taken out the cartridge multiple times and placed it
    back in and unplugged the printer and still not working. I don't even want to print in color and just want to use the black ink.
