    On or Off... what the?


    Hello! Help!I reset my laptop. I am CURRENTLY connected to the internet, or I would be unable to submit this question for help with connecting to the internet & reinstalling Win 10 Pro. So... my Dell laptop seems to be unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, displaying the little clear globe on the taskbar. When I pull up my Wi-Fi to check the connection, it indicates that it cannot connect. It feels like the router & Wi-Fi are actually lying to me and/or taunting me. BUT...all the while, I'm actually connected & I can surf the net with no problems. Now, it is not allowing me to enter my W
