Windows 10: on screen keyboad

My keyboard continues to pop up despite my settings. The keyboard is displayed on the bottom of my right-hand screen and when typing will all of a sudden pop up on the screen. My settings are turned off but yet it continues to popup.

Strange Keyboad Problem - Selective Remapping?

This is the driver listed for my HID keyboard device. What does your's look like? The driver file is same on my PC for all 3 keyboard entries.

 

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
