Windows 10: On-Screen Keyboard Not Working

Hello, For years the On-Screen Keyboard worked fine, then suddenly it stopped appearing at the Sign-In Screen where I enter my password to log in to Windows, one place where I need it most.It appears on the Lock Screen before that and in Windows after that, but not on the Sign-In Screen.I have done every configuration of Ease of Access in Settings and Ease of Access Center in the Control Panel, and nothing works.Then, I did a clean install of Windows expecting it would be reset back to normal, but it wasn't, it's still not there on the Sign-In Screen.Also when I'm in Windows, after I'm working

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.

I suggest that you run the automatic troubleshooter to diagnose and fix issues that you can encounter with your On-Screen Keyboard. Do the following steps, please:

Start menu -choose Settings (the gear icon)

Select Update & Security, and then select Troubleshoot.

Find Keyboard on the list.

Click on it, and click the ‘Run the troubleshooter’ button.
