    On Start-up the Multi-Tasking window opens without opening Settings Menu


    It's not critical just annoying.After the PC has completed its start-up routine the Systems - Multi-Tasking options menu appears on the monitor without entering, or starting Settings.Firstly, yes, I have done the latest Windows 10 update, 6th September 2021, KB4023057.Any help appreciated.Regards, KH

    Try these steps listed here to work on this issue.

    • Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
    • Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
    • Click File > Run New Task
    • Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
    • Type CMD
    • Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:

      dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

      sfc /scannnow
