    For some reason I can only hear one application at a time. For example when I am playing a game and split screening YouTube I can only hear the game. Please Help.I used to be able to hear both but for some reason I cant anymore.

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Not able to hear through earpiece

    I am using Nokia 6021.

    I am not able to hear any thing through the earpiece and hence needs to use Loudspeaker. I have noticed that Headset symbol is appearing on the screen. Please note that I am not using any headset not installed any software.

    Any suggestions what setting to be checked?

    Program not listed to be able to uninstall

    When navigating to Control Panel/Programs to be able to uninstall Quicken, The program is not listed to be able to uninstall. The program is installed and I can locate in the Program Files, but is not listed to uninstall. I have heard that if I were to
    just delete the program, this is not a wise thing to do. Help please.
