Windows 10: One Drive is not full but it says it is

I bought extra space for One Drive. It is not full, but I keep getting the error message that it is. To top it off, my computer will not save anything - even outside of One Drive - because it says it has no memory left, but it has plenty. I have been saving to USBs. What can I do to fix this?

One-Drive

When I got as far as the troubleshooter I got a message to say that it would not run with this version of Windows. I am currently running Windows 10 version 903 - Build 18362 239

I then thought that I might try to uninstall it and then re-install it but, strangely it doesn't appear in the Apps nd Features listing.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
