Windows 10: One Drive Ruined My Life

I don't know how to express my feelings towards One Drive.

I have purchased my beautiful Laptop on November 2018, it is 1,5 years old.

I have an 256 gb SSD drive on C, 2 TB HDD on E.

I have a few games and some other programs on both of them. like all sims games+ photoshop/premiere/illustrator + visual studio/sql managemet studio. These are my main programs.


One drive has been syncing up everything, even bringing back everything after i delete them without asking.

And today I wanted to move One drive to E, it was on C. because the documents in One Drive, are actually located in E, but one drive stores them in C ???

So I had multiple copies of everything and it took like 30-40 gb on C.


EVEN THOUGH ALL THE FILES WERE ON MY LAPTOP; SINCE I HAVE UNLINKED ONE DRIVE TO MOVE TO E; IT DELETED EVERYTHING; AND TRYING TO REDOWNLOAD THEM FROM THE CLOUD. AND NON OF MY PROGRAMS WORK.



WHY WOULD YOU MAKE A PROGRAM SO STUPID. WHY.

HELP ME. OR IM KILLING MY SELF AND MY LAPTOP.

I cannot delete or add apps to 'life at a glance'

How exactly you are trying to add or delete apps to life at a glance?

Did you get any error when you try adding or deleting?

I suggest you to follow the below methods to add apps:

Method1:

• 
  Open Start menu and Click All Apps.
  
• 
  Right click on the app you want to add in Life at a glance and select Pin to Start.
  
• 
  The app will be added to Life at a glance.
  

Method 2:

• 
  Open Start menu and Click All Apps.
  
• 
  Drag the app from app list and drop the app in Life at a glance part.
  
• 
  The app will be added to Life at a glance.
  

I suggest you to follow the below steps to delete the apps:

• 
  Open Start menu and Click All Apps.
  
• 
  Right click on the app you want to add in Life at a glance and select Unpin from Start.
  
• 
  The app will be deleted from Life at a glance.

How to add tiles to Life at a Glance?

I suggest you pin the app tile and Life at a glance on the Start screen.

Follow the below steps:

• Type program in the search bar from the Desktop.
• Right click on the app and select Pin to Start.
  
• Again, type life at a glance in the search bar from the Desktop.
• Right click on the Life at a glance and select Pin to Start.
