Windows 10: One Drive stuck in "Preparing to upload" loop.

One Drive is stuck in the "Preparing to upload" loop. Tried everything - install uninstall turn on turn off able/disable the service. Read through a lot of forums for solutions. Noting. Preparing to upload. This si for Win 11. On win 10 no problem. After 10+ years of Win it seems that Microsoft is not able to provide a proper product. There is always something that doesn't work. So is there any solution to this problem or I go back to win10?

Stuck in startup repair boot loop, C drive is in RAW

I am not getting that error now. So I don't remember the exact words. Now after 'preparing for automatic repair' and spinning dots, windows starts and I see this screen.

After running startup repair using the bootable win 10 usb, I got this error.

How do I check esp partition and what exactly do I check in it? How do I format it and recreate the boot critical files? Please share step by step methods.I'm doing all this for the first time.
