Windows 10: One drive sync

I loaded OneDrive and got the “personal” folder. I have successfully added a few things to it but now it has stopped working I can see the stuff in added on the original computer but NOT on my iPhone The early stuff appears on the phone, the later stuff does not. Help????

No One Drive sync

Equipment:

1. Microsoft 950 Windows Phone.
   
2. Microsoft Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11 Professional.
   
3. HP All-in-one Desktop running Windows 11 Professional.
   

Background:

I used One Drive to sync files between the Microsoft phone and the HP computer. I didn’t realize the Surface Pro was syncing to One Note until I transferred a folder (using a USB drive) to the Surface Pro and received a notice that that my One Drive was full. I deleted some files from both of my computers and One drive. The hurricane brought my work to an end and I don’t know what I did (step-by-step) prior to the shutdown.

Now:

Now I have no One Drive connection between the 3 Equipment items. How do I get back?
