Windows 10: One drive

Hi, When I opened my computer the little badge for security had a little yellow shield it, when I go to check in settings it says open one drive and underneath says dismiss, but it won't let me dismiss it so little shield stays yellow, why can't I dismiss One Drive

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Hard drive/ OS issue

one drive icons not appearing on Notification area

I suggest you to check if Notification setting for One Drive Is turned on. Follow the steps below.

• Click on Start button and Select Settings.
• Select System and Click on Notification and Actions.
• Click on Select which icon to appear on taskbar.
• Turn on the notification for One Drive.
