Windows 10: One laptop not upgrading

All I am trying to do is update the laptop that has not moved from "Version 10.0 (Build 10240)" to "Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.36)" like my other laptop and my desktop. Each of the suggestions I have received from anyone tells how to up date from Windows 7 or 8.1. I have done that. Please keep in mind I am a simple thinking old man who likes to think he can do basic IT work rather well.

My Nokia C3 is not supporting softwares

I have tried so many ways to download softwares, but to my efforts are all fruitless. When i go to other sites to download and install softwares, the place to download the software will not even be active and when i download from ovi store it is not supported.
What should i do to end this problem?

I'll use MCT link as example........
Download the Tool > then run it.
Select Upgrade this PC now > that will begin downloading the ISO files.
After the iso is downloaded, RIGHT click at it > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
That will begin the installation.
Since you are doing the upgrade install, you can keep your settings, files and apps, or you can choose to keep nothing.
No product key is required.
Activation is automatic.

 

I downloaded the update program, went through all the hoops (long time) and it all came out great. All three PCs are on "Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.36)" now. Thanks to all for putting up with me.
