    OneDrive Location for Speed Advice re SD Card


    Hi Guys
    Have a Dell Laptop and when i got it i added a 200 GB SDXC Card to use as my Cloud location. OneDrice , Dropbox etc.
    I have found recently the Sync / Download seems very slow. I have my download folder in OneDrive so all my Pcs point to that area to avoid duplicate downloads.
    But i notice when i download it get a popup and the box is very very slow to save or add a new folder very very delayed. My guess might be sync struggling with running from SD card.

    Should i move it onto my maon SSD laptop drive?

    SD card/SD card reader no longer working

    Hi. New to this so not sure of category.
    I have a Lenovo G70. Windows 10, 64bit
    My SD card reader has stopped working.
    In Device Manager, the SD card is not listed.
    I can't format the card as it is not listed.
    I cannot locate the card at all as it is not listed anywhere.
    I've tried chkdsk and get 'Cannot open volume for direct access'
    I don't even have the icon displaying when micro SD card is inserted.
    It did work previously but I had errors. Scanning and fixing did not help.
    I place the SD card in my Android phone and it works fine.
    Please help!

    Can't save images in Edge to Onedrive or SD card

    I hope I'm posting this in the correct section.

    I'm using Windows 10 mobile on my Lumia 640 LTE and my problem is that everytime i try to save an image from a website to Onedrive or to SD card, Edge and Onedrive or Explorer app crash.

    Steps to repro:

    1. Open Edge, navigate to a website of your choice, tap on an image you would like to save.

    2. A context menu will appear, where you can choose to save the image.

    3. Choose to save the image to Onedrive or your SD card.

    4. If you chose to save to Onedrive, Onedrive app will start loading but it will crash and Edge will crash too. If you chose to save to SD card, Explorer app will open but fail to correctly save the file to SD card.

    Saving image to internal storage sometimes work.

    Please advice,
