    OneDrive Nightmare

It is a sad day in the world when the memoirs and articles one writes, on their personal computer, cannot even be saved privately on their very own personal computer. OneDrive makes it impossible to privately save your own documents in the way you see most fitting on your own personal computer, and it is impossible to override. Trust me. I unlinked it and then uninstalled it. However, all my documents STILL go there. Even if I erase the default save area, it reverts back. I have no rights to my own documents. Is there any way in the world I can get rid of this feature? And, yes I do save it to my PC, but I end up with multiple files as it still saves copies in OneDrive, and I never know which is the final draft.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.
