Windows 10: OneDrive very slow at downloading files

Any other program on my PC achieves 12 MB/s but onedrive is stuck ate 100kb/s or lower! This is not normal.

OneDrive slow downloading

Good morning,

I have very slow downloading from OneDrive.

Now my home PC runs on W10P, i5 8gen core with 8GB of RAM and fiber connection at 1Gb downloading speed.

Folders from my OneDrive (pay monthly) are downloading at 600-700kB/s. With this speed 25GB what I need to download will take ages.

Before you ask me I let you know:

1. Yes, checked Maximize upload and download speed
2. Yes, is the same on different browsers
3. Yes, checked and no other apps working
4. Yes, I'm on wired connection
5. I even set seperate connection at 600Mb/s with no other devices and users and still 650kB/s is avarage speed

Any other ideas how to do it fast?

With this issue OneDrive as a cloud is useless for me.

Going to check Microsoft Flow to make copy of my files from OneDrive to GoogleDrive and then download it from GoogleDrive to PC at much better speed.

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.
