  1. OneDrive was Inadvertently Run On My PC

I was trying to view a Smartsheet from a vendor. My supervisor gave me a link and I clicked on it. I think OneDrive ran on my machine. In Desktop files are still there but in Documents all the files are gone. Only 50% of files make it to the cloud.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

  3. PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

OneDrive was Inadvertently Run On My PC

OneDrive not running - reset won't work - how to get latest version?

    Thanks for the suggestion.
The reason why I wanted to do a reset or re-install is to indeed get OneDrive in that list. Currently it isn't.
