Windows 10: OneNote 2016---Activation Wizard for Office Home & Business 2019

I have downloaded OneNote 2016 from Microsoft's website. When I launch OneNote, I keep getting the Activation Wizard for Office Home & Business 2019. I press Cancel and OneNote 2016 opens correctly. However, I would prefer to bypass this Activation Wizard. Why does it appear for a 2016 product?

Last year at Ignite, we announced Office 2019 – the next perpetual version of Office that includes apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Skype for Business) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). Today we’re pleased to share the following updates:

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

Office 2019 - OneNote

If you recently installed Office 2019 you will discover that OneNote is no longer included in the package. Even with Pro Plus, when you open one of the apps (Excel, Word, etc.), and check "Office Account", you'll still see the OneNote icon. But it's no longer installed. offic 2019 downgrade to office 2016

Hi,

I recently brought a product key of office home and business 2019.

but my pc is running win 8.1, which is not compatible to office 2019.

Can I use the product key of 2019 to use office 2016? if I can, how can I do it, and where to download it?
