    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

We would be glad to help you with the issue you are facing today. I understand the difficulty with the problem.

OneNote is a digital notebook for capturing, storing, and sharing all kinds of information. The first thing you’ll see when you open OneNote 2013 is a fresh, clean look that lets you focus on your thoughts and ideas instead of the interface. Full integration
with the cloud means you can free your files from your computer’s hard drive so your notes and information are saved and searchable wherever you go.

I would suggest you to sign into the Microsoft account in onenote2013.

    • Click on File & go to Info.
    • Click on Share & login with the Microsoft Account.

Also sign in to the OneNote app using Microsoft account.

    • Open the OneNote app & click on the personal Microsoft account.

    Check if the issue persists.

Hope this information was helpful and do let us know if you need further assistance. We will be glad to assist.

    Thank you.

OneNote2013 missing in indexing options (Win10-1903)

OneDrive no longer in list of folders to index in "Indexing Options"

Ref: Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.48)

    Dear All,

After an Windows update today, OneDrive folder is no longer listed as a folder available for indexing in the "Indexing Options" control panel.

I have tried restarting, deleting the index, unlinking PC from OneDrive and relinking.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

By the way, why is the OneDrive Category locked when posting questions?!
