Windows 10: online games on windows 10

over night i logged on to find out that no online games are working. the only exeptions are browser games like roblox etc. but like steam games and minecraft java and all that dont work. some dont even load up like java gets stuck in the assets part of loading. but steam games like rust and rainbow 6 load me in and dont connect to my internet or network. rust says it couldnt get app ticket. and rainbow puts me in offline mode. but steam its self connects just fine. this isnt only for these games its for every online game thats not a browser game.ive tried turning off my firewallturning off my
