Windows 10: Only one language pack (english) installed, but 4 keyboards for this one language.

I only have English installed as a language pack; English-NZ. But I have 4 keyboards, one says English(New Zealand) US keyboard which in itself is wrong because I want a NZ keyboard not a US keyboard but whatever. In addition to that there's also English(Australia), UK and US-International.
I want to keep the international and the NZ keyboard and get rid of the other two.
When I follow instructions from other posts they say to press 'Options' for the language pack but when I do that, it tells me it only has a keyboard for English(New Zealand). I also went into advanced settings but it also only indicated that I had English(New Zealand).
This is frustrating so someone please help.

English Language pack for Chinese Laptop Windows 10

Follow the below steps to install the English language pack.

Step 1:

  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open Settings menu.
  
• 
  Click on Time and language in settings window.
  
• 
  Click on Region and language from left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Add a language (+ symbol)
  
• 
  Select English language pack.
  
• 
  Now, click on English language pack and click on
  Set a default button under the Region and language from left navigation pane.
  

Step 2:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Type Language in the search bar located at the top right corner of Control panel and click on language.
  
• 
  Click on the English language pack on the Language window.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack button under
  English language pack.
  
• 
  Enter the administrator password if prompted.
  
• 
  Click on Save button.
