Windows 10: Only the Power Button Wakes PC from Sleep - Laptop

I check the bios, and there is nothing about using the keyboard to wake up the cpu from sleep.

i have noticed my laptop doesnt wake up from sleep using the keyboard or the mouse , only the power button button wakes it up, i used to have another laptop that would wake up using any button from the keyboard, how to resolve this ?

 

Windows 10 Sleep mode question

I had recently bought a new laptop (with SSD) that came with Windows 10. My older laptops that I had were run by an older version of Windows. To wake those old laptops from sleep mode, all I had to do was swipe the touchpad, press any key, or open the
lid. With my new laptop, it seems the only way to wake it from sleep mode is by pressing the power button. Is this SAFE? Can I just press the power button to wake my computer from sleep or will this harm the SSD? Is there any other way to wake my laptop
and how?

• Open the Keyboard control panel item by typing keyboard into Start Menu.
• Click the Hardware tab, and then click Properties.
• Click the Change Settings button
  
  Note: This step requires Administrator access
• Click the Power Management tab, and then verify that the Allow this device to wake the computer is enabled.
• Click OK, and then click OK again.

 

I can follow everything, except I am stuck at ... because there is not such a tab I can see.

If your computer does not support Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI), the earlier steps may not be available. In this case, you have press the power button to wake the computer.

 

I do not have that tab but can still wake it by pressing any key.

from an admin command prompt should list all devices capable of waking your PC
