Windows 10: OOBE screen after login [Ask] [help]

after my Windows update to 2004 version appears OOBE screen after logging in

at first i thought this had not entered the desktop, but after i press "Windows + x" and open "Task Manager" from there, i found an active application called "Microsoft Account" after i closed it with the "End Task" OOBE screen disappears and i can again use Windows as usual.
it always appears every time i turn on the PC and it feels quite disturbing. please help to how to get rid of that?
i searched the forum about OOBE issues mostly creating new accounts, but i want to maintain this account, rather than having to setup everything from scratch

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Cannot login to windows 10 after update! PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for the advice on enabling the administrator account. I follow all the steps and enabled the administrator account but I am still unable to log in. I am attaching 2 photos of the screens I am able to see at boot up.




I have no way to choose which account to log in with.
Any other ideas or suggestion?

login screens

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...
