Windows 10: OOBEbroker script host error

I had this popup on my pc when i turned it on today, not sure what it is or why its suddenly appeared.

Restarted several times but still showed up so I did a system restore to yesterday when it was working fine but it still comes up.

Any help most appreciated.

In the meantime, we suggest that you create a new user account and see if the issue will occur while on a different user profile. To do this, simply follow the steps below:
