OOBEEULA ERROR HELP !!!

Hello Valentina, how are you?

I understand that you have problems installing Windows, I'm sorry about that.

Probably the installation is showing this error because it is not able to create a user site.

Please try the procedures below and check if the problem persists.

On the screen where the error OOBEEULA appears, press SHIFT+F10 to open the command prompt.

After opening it, type the commands below by pressing Enter

net user administrator /active:yes

cd %windir%\system32\oobe

msoobe.exe

After that the computer will restart and probably finish the configuration.

You didn't mention when you got this error? Are you setting up a new PC, reinstalling or doing a factory reset? I can give you faster steps if I know which exactly you are doing, everything you can tell me. If it's a new PC then it has a full support warranty to get this fixed, or may still be under store return policy.

OOBEEULA ERROR

I am having troubles setting up my Gateway 15.6” acelerón 4GB/128GB Notebook. When I go through set up the OOBEEULA error comes up. The “try again” option is not working, resetting has not worked and the shift-f10 did not work. Any ideas?
