*** or they simply don't care.

Oops in still a PITA - today's Cum WU did nothing to sort it out.

Will whoever is in charge of the programming team please tell us (1) if they are working on a solution and (2) have they any clue when Oops will be euthanised?

I'd particularly like to hear from those with the Launch Expert badge (Rocket) or any Insider. There are rumours circulating that the Oops problem was picked up some time ago by these and that Microsoft has none nothing. (It won't be the first time of course - remember the thread signed by many Insiders including Michael Masters.)

    :)

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

    Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
    3. Select add someone else on this PC.
    4. Enter a user name and hit next.
    5. Click on Finish.
    6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
    Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
