Discus and support "Operating system is not presently configured to run this application" when loading iCloud in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; At wit’s end trying to solve this problem.     "Operating system is not presently configured to run this application" when loading iCloud


    At wit’s end trying to solve this problem. Removal / Reinstalls of all components listed below has already been attempted. ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated…thanks in advance.



    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The following dialog box is shown when attempting to run iCloud downloaded from the Microsoft Store: “The operating system is not presently configured to run this application”. Additionally, when trying to load the iCloud Outlook Add-In, the following status is given: “Load Behavior: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-In”



    HARDWARE INFO: Dell Inspiron 3470 x64-based PC / Intel Core i5-9400 CPU@2.9GHz

    OS INFO: Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

    MS OFFICE 2013 OUTLOOK INFO: Version 15.0.5241.1000

    FROM SYSTEM INFORMATION / WINDOWS ERROR REPORTING which may or may not be helpful:

    Application Error…Faulting Application Name: iCloudOutlookConfig.exe Version 6.2.2.0

    Windows Error Reporting…Fault Bucket 1747237938414996943 / Event Name: MoAppCrash / Response: Not Available AppleInc._iCloud 11.2.18.0



    As an aside, the Office Outlook 2013 / iCloud combinations listed above are working perfectly on another Dell computer XPS8300 running Windows 10 Home

    Even after doing all the above steps still my problem is not resolved. Please suggest some solution.
