Windows 10: Operating system not found yet can run windows

I'm using SONY VAIO so there's assist button, which redirect to VAIO RESCUE and I want to reinstall my windows from there, but it said no operating system was found.I know the reason behind this maybe , it's because I changed my SSD. Thought anyone has solution for this, because I won't be able to repair my windows if anything happened unless I bring my USD with Windows ISO files in it My windows is Windows 10, while my laptop type is SONY VAIO SVF14N19SGB

System 32 files/ programs runs for a while and disappears on Windows 10

Step 1: I suggest you to sign-out from the current user account, restart the computer, resign-in and check with the status of this issue.

Step 2: I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

Windows Resource Protection (WRP) file is missing or is corrupted, Windows may not behave as expected.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 3: Also, I suggest you to install all the pending updates on Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

need list of usb bootable Operating Systems

I am looking for a good list of operating systems you can run from a usb or dvd.

If not a list, then folks can just post their top picks.

I want these to run from the usb/dvd without installing on the system or getting in the way of the system that exists on the hard drive.
