Windows 10: Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000005). Access is denied

I have a main server runing Windows Server 2012 R2 and a client compter with Windows 10 Pro on my Network. The client computer was printing fine from HP Laserjet 4015 on the domain controller but later there wasan hitch in printing from the network printer. I removed the network printer "HP LaserJet 4015N" from the client computer and try to re-install it. I call up the printer from the main server but trying to install it on the client computer by double clicking on it, it displayed this message:

"Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000005). Access is Denied.

Please I need help from guy who have experienced this hitch.

I understand your concern about adding a printer to your device. We will help you with this issue.

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted or outdated printer drivers.

Let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the model of the printer you are trying to connect to your laptop?
• How exactly are you trying to connect the device?

Try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps you to add the printer.

Step 1: If the device is not detected on your computer try to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

Follow:

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the
  Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Step 2: I suggest you to check the status of
Print Spooler service and check.

Print Spooler service, spools print service and handles interactions with the printer.
If you turn off this service you won’t be able to print or see your printer.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for Printer Spooler service, right click on it and
  Start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to install the driver.

Step 3: I suggest you to refer to the below thread, check if your issue matches with the same.

We have a new HP Laptop.

I have tried to connect to the printer with no success

We get:

Operation could not be completed( error0x0000007e)

The specified module could not be found

I have opened the device manager to check the printer spooler is running and there is no printer option listed in the device manager.

I assume this is a corrupt Window 10 issue.

can anyone help
