Windows 10: Optiplex 3000 Micro

my company is using optiplex 3000 micro common PC, the previous version of bios is 1.18, a few month ago we tried to updated to 1.20 but got issue whenever we try to switch user, error message is "domain is not available......" so we downgrade to 1.18 but somehow it got updated recently to 1.24 and unable to downgrade as it mentioned "downgrade not successfully due to unsupported version" althought we do a factory reset for the bios, it still the same error message. anyone can help? fyi: it is not connected to internet at all

USB device not working on Optiplex 9010

I did plug in external HDD and went to device manager.
There is none of unknown devices in the list (picture below)


OK disabled and enabled USB 3.0 root hub and then pluged in external HDD,here is exclamation mark I got:

Lifecam HD-3000 stops working

Have you updated the drivers for Lifecam HD-3000?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the drivers in Compatibility mode and check if it works:

Follow the steps to uninstall the driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Right-click on the driver listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Now download the drivers the manufacturer website and install it in Windows 8.1 compatibility mode. Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select Windows 8.1 operating system from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
