Windows 10: Orange/Blue screen on windows 10 setup

Hi, i recently built a new PC and everythings working properly but when i plug in my windows 10 downloaded usb into my new pc and select a boot option, either a blank blue screen appears or a orange and white striped screen appears. please help,greatly appreciated.
