Windows 10: Orange screen with white stripes can't install W10 on New SSD with USB

Hello.Having lost an SSD to bad sectors, I have purchased a new SSD and want to install W10 with a USB drive. What should be the a simple thing to do has now transformed into a complexed nightmare. Can not get past the orange screen. It's not the graphics card or mother board can get to bios; there are no extra devices just mouse, keyboard etc. The USB is new, the SSD is new. Memory is fine. I have done some research and heard talk of bitlocker. No idea whether I have this or not. This is a computer for composing music and is needed to be up and running asap. Bitlocker login with orange screen and white stripes

It is an orange screen with white stripes and appears at boot. I can enter the bitlocker password blind and it does boot. I already have the clean install and it worked on the 2 other machines but this one is still giving me problems. I can try suspending
bitlocker and then starting it again but we need to use encryption. Do you have any other suggestions?

Even i am running into the same orange screen with white stripe issue.

I have bitlocker enabled on my PC as well. Its a Dell, i5, windows 10 laptop.

 

Help! I'm getting an orange screen with white stripes!

I used to get that screen, but I went and tried deactivating the auto repair to fix my problem. Now it shows a orange screen with vertical white stripes

I have a theory on how to get back to the auto repair screen, by getting to the command prompt before the logo would show (that's when the orange screen appears) then re-enabling the auto repair
