Windows 10: Order pending for several days when it was supposed to be delivered by today or tomorrow.

My order was supposed to arrive today or tomorrow, but it still says pending! I ordered it several days ago. Still no update. When will it ship? I need it for school right away!

Ordered on Feb 17th

received email on same day that order will be process--Pending status

Feb 23rd received email stating it was shipped.

Feb 26 Laptop delivered.

I also ordered my Dell Laptop on 17th and still shows pending. Called customer support and they say it should be delivered by 7 business day.

 

My order is still pending?

I ordered an Xbox One S bundle almost a week ago, and when I checked my bank account the night I ordered it the money had been marked as a pending purchase. I received an email the next day saying it had shipped, and it should be here today. The game that
came with the bundle was delivered today, but no xbox. After looking into my order history, I see the actual xbox part of the bundle is still pending, while the game is completed. That, and the hold on the money on my account has disappeared. Is there something
wrong with the order, or does it take some time for a bundle to process and ship?
