Windows 10: Ordered Windows 10 Pro in error, how do I get a refund?

I was having trouble with remote access, it kept telling me I needed to upgrade so I upgraded and then found out I didn't need to upgrade at all.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I have followed the steps in order to get a refund for a digital game that i have recently downloaded yet when I enter my order history there is no option or button to request a refund. I have read over the terms and requirements in order to be eligible
for a refund (in which I am). Somebody please help.
