    Параметры разрешений для конкретного приложения не дают разрешения Локально Активация для приложения COM-сервера с CLSID

    пользователю HHHHH\Hhhhh с ИД безопасности (S-1-5-21-71318466-2816969230-956781867-1001) и адресом LocalHost (с использованием LRPC), выполняемого в контейнере приложения Недоступно с ИД безопасности (Недоступно). Это разрешение безопасности можно изменить с помощью средства администрирования служб компонентов.

    Hi Kapil. Thanks for your response. If the DistributedCOM is not big of an issue than something else is likely an issue since
    I am having frequent startup failures. Just now I had to
    force restart 3 times     to get the windows to load. The below are the errors that showed up in the Event Log. Care to take a shot at how I can fix this?

    Problem attempting to fix Error DisconnectedCOM 10016

    I was trying to follow the advice given by SarahKong to the question
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...om-10016/9820e851-25a2-4b14-81cf-50dc7810fe3e which is similar to the problem I have been having i.e. Error DisconnectedCOM 10016 .

    However not all the steps worked as flawlessly as I'd hoped and I think I've ended up making matters worse.

    What is the safest way to proceed?
