Windows 10: Outlook 2010 error syncronising

I am receiving the following errors with Outlook 2010. reported
error (Ox8004102A) : 'Error with Send/Receive. There
vvas an
error synchronizing your folder hierarchy. Error : 80041004.'

and
reported
error (Ox8DE00005) : There is an error synchronizing
your mail
account. Please verify your account is configured correctly by first accessing
your mail
on the neb. Error: 3219. Server. An error occuredin lookngupthe user's informaton
in mserv.

any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Win7 64-bit and MS Office 2010 64 bit

I'm not able to setup the syncronisation to my calender in MS Office 2010 64-bit from OVI.

I get a message to check the profile in outlook, my outlook is connected to an exchange server, who mannage the settings for the outlook :-(

The "old" Nokia PC Suit software has no problems...



What to do?

0x85010014 error code on HTC Touch Pro 2 when trying to sync Outlook 2010 items

Here is the solution:

The error is due to an istallation error, which can be checked in the following way:

Start OneNote, and from OneNote try to send a OneNote page via e-mail. I have received an error message, something like this: "Can not send e-mail either Outlook has not been started yet or Outlook is not the default mail program".

So something went wrong during installation.



The solution:

Go to Control panel > remove programs

select Microsoft Office 2010, and click "Modify".

Remove only the Outlook components! (Word, Excel, ect. remains)



When it is done, go again to Control Panel > remove programs

select Microsoft Office 2010, and click "Modify".

Selet Outlook components for installation.



When ready, you can sent e-mails from OneNote and you can syncronise your PDA (HTC Touch Pro2).

What type of mail account are you using? A simple fix is to try removing then reinstalling the offending mail account.

 

I tried deleting account and it's telling me that I have to back up ost file with contacts etc. Etc. I used to be able to delete account no problem.
