Windows 10: Outlook 2010 No Longer Works in Windows 10

Hello,


I recently "reset" my PC with a clean install of Windows 10.


When I went to reinstall my Outlook 2010, it wouldn't let me set up my account.


I get this:






Then, when I select "Work Offline" I get this:





Then, it prompts to enter the exchange server name (which I know), so I copy-n-paste it in, with the proper name of the account, and it still doesn't let me in. (Info blurred for confidentiality)




Then it tells me:




And the application shuts down--I'm unable to access Outlook at all to adjust any settings or anything.


I've set up Outlook multiple times as I've progressed from XP, to Win7, and earlier with Windows 10.

Outlook 2010 will not work

Do you get any error message while opening Outlook 2010?

Outlook 2010 is the compatible with windows 10. I suggest you to repair the Outlook 2010 from control panel and check if it works fine.

Outlook 2010 Not Responding with Windows 10


I have Office 2010 Pro. Installed Windows 10 a couple of days ago and most of my apps seem to be working fine. However, Outlook 2010 loads very slowly, and while I am typing a 10 line email it may stop 3 or 4 times and the top says Outlook not responding. I've run Task Manager along side to see if I can catch another program taking CPU cycles, but have not seen anything major. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Windows 10 and Outlook 2010


After I downloaded Windows 10, my Outlook 2010 has a problem. I cannot follow a hyperlink from an email, nor can I 'unsubscribe' from a mailing list. The system advises that I do not have the right level of security. I had this problem over 12 months ago, and I was advised of a program to run to fix the problem. Unfortunately I no longer have this and would appreciate if anyone knows the name of that program.
