Windows 10: Outlook 2010 Not Responding with Windows 10

I have Office 2010 Pro. Installed Windows 10 a couple of days ago and most of my apps seem to be working fine. However, Outlook 2010 loads very slowly, and while I am typing a 10 line email it may stop 3 or 4 times and the top says Outlook not responding. I've run Task Manager along side to see if I can catch another program taking CPU cycles, but have not seen anything major. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for the quick response!

I used the Microsoft re-installation program, MediaCreationTool.exe, to reinstall Windows 10 while keeping my current documents and apps. Prior to the reinstall a number of apps were not working and the new Windows 10 seems to have fixed those problems.
As far as reinstalling Outlook 2010 goes, I was not aware that that was necessary, as all the installed apps and programs were supposed to survive the system update.

By the way, after running a number of the repair program as an Administrator I can now start Outlook 2010 with the minor annoyance of having to respond to a nag screen that says "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device". Selecting the
"Yes" option launches Outlook 2010 that now is functioning correctly.

Please let me know if there is a way to eliminate or bypass the need to respond to the "Do you . . ."question each time Outlook is launched.

After Windows Update (KB3199209) cannot access Microsoft Office 2010...

Hello,

After the Windows update (KB3199209), the icons for Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Silverlight, Windows Accessories, and Windows Systems simply do not respond. Even my Outlook PST files disappeared from the folder. What's
going on? !!! How can I get all these programs back working and my PST files that were with Outlook 2010?
